St. Aloysius Chapel or church, Mangalore, Karnataka
St. Aloysius Chapel or church is situated in Lighthouse Hill, Mangalore in the state of Karnataka in southwest India. The St. Aloysius Chapel in Mangalore was built by Jesuit Missionaries in 1880 and its interiors painted by the Italian Jesuit Antonio Moscheni in 1899, during the Mangalore Mission in 1878. The church is within the St. Aloysius college campus and museum is also there.
There are two( fresco and canvas) types of paintings in the chapel. These paintings showing the life of Jesus and best incidents of Bible.
Daily Mass : 6.45 a.m & 8.15 a.m. Sunday Mass: 6.30 a.m. & 8.00 a.m.
